How to Move a Body: Energy Calisthenics for Grumpy Necromancers

This is a 120-minute foundational through experienced level lecture & ritual/meditation, in Sophia's (main level)

This class approaches necromancy as an embodied practice and teaches a set of exercises for building muscles to be better spirit workers. They will lay a foundation both to be more effective in spirit conjuration itself, and in living a stable and grounded life in relation to spirits outside of conjuration.

There are a number of qualities that help support effective spirit communication and a balanced life as someone who traffics with spirits:

Grounding: Rooting yourself in the earth and in higher levels of being so that you can be fully present and draw on sources of power beyond yourself.

Boundaries: Clear and strong energetic boundaries protect you, and minimizes confusion between what spirits are saying and what you are thinking.
