About this Presentation:
We have entered an era of masks. Whether you find yourself cloaking your queerness, your neurodivergencies, your spiritual or religious identities, or your political leanings, we all have moments where we change our skins. This concept of shifting identities was not unknown to our ancestors. The Shapeshifter is a universal archetype, found in traditions around the world, and often intersecting with themes of queerness and marginalized identities. Though this course will speak to the presenters’ paths as Norse Jötnar devotees, attendees will be asked to reflect on how the Shapeshifter presents to them.
