However, within the context, community, and culture of hoodoo and southern conjure it has a more precise and deliberate meaning.

Join Professor Porterfield for a spell as he dares controversy and curse to take us along back into the 'hollars and the hills' to examine what the "witch" and "witchcraft" are within hoodoo and southern conjure.
