Join Professor Porterfield as he teaches about the traditions and methods of working with the Graveyard and the Dead in hoodoo, rootwork, and conjure. Learn how to enter and leave the Graveyard, the diagram of a grave from headboard to footboard, how to purchase Graveyard dirt, as well as a variety of traditional works and tricks done in this separate Kingdom. Follow along as the Professor acts as guide and councilor in journeying between the gateposts and into another time, place, and land: the Kingdom of the Dead.
 
About the Presenter:
Professor Charles Porterfield is an old-fashioned, no-nonsense, Old  Testament reader and rootworker. A well-known cartomancer, he is the  author of A Deck of Spells: Hoodoo Playing Card Magic in Rootwork and  Conjure, and regularly lectures and teaches on cartomancy and  cartomantic methods throughout the United States. He writes, teaches,  and lectures on Hoodoo and Conjure to help preserve and pass on the  roots of the work as well as consults, prescribes, and divines work for  those in need. He currently lives in Denton, Texas with his wife,  children and grandchildren.
